Kvalme, appetitløshed, oppustethed, koliksmerter i tarmene. Vekslende afføringer, træthed og madlede. Eller lyst til alt for meget mad. Det kan alt sammen skyldes stress og et overbelastet nervesystem. Men det kan altså også være af helt fysiske årsager. Her får du nogle af mulighederne for et kig i din fordøjelse.

Selvom vi næppe kan tro det, er der mange flere danskere, der har for lidt mavesyre fremfor for meget. Resultatet er kort og godt, at føden bliver for længe i mavesækken, og hele den dominoeffekt, der skal ske fra mavesækken (ja, faktisk fra du tygger maden), bliver nedsat. Brikkerne flytter sig ikke i det tempo, der er sundest for dig.

For lidt mavesyre giver for få enzymer fra bugspytkirtlen og for lidt galde fra lever og galdeblære. Både enzymer og galde bliver tilsat i tyndtarmen, og hvis maden står for længe her, fordi den ikke kan nedbrydes af de tilsatte stoffer, så giver det ubehag. Ja, faktisk kan det give dårlig ånde, en enorm træthed efter måltiderne, og alverdens andre symptomer, når der i stedet for en ordentlig bearbejdning af maden skabes et stop-over i for lang tid.

Der skal fibre og vand til. For mange fibre uden vand kan give yderligere forstoppelse. Drik gerne lunken vand i små slurke. Få gang i dine to kilo tunge flora af mælkesyrebakterier og ikke mindst, få dem i den korrekte sammensætning. Du kan optimere dem med Udos Choice Super 8 Plus.

Du skal spise fibre og sætte dig selv på væskeskema. Et voksent menneske skal have to til tre liter vand, afhængig af størrelse, hvor meget du sveder pga. hedeture og/eller motion. Drik gerne pebermyntete, hvis du føler dig oppustet.

Har du for lidt mavesyre, så spis masser af bitterstoffer, fx rucolasalat og syltede agurker. Men suppler i en måned med fx Bitterstern fra Panacea – navnet fortæller det hele.

Tag også et tilskud af enzymer, indtil dit system har lært at danne dem selv igen.
