Chili Sin Carne
En rigtig vinterret som varmer godt i de mørke vintermåneder. Mætter godt og sætter samtidig gang i kredsløbet.
Udstyr: Blender
Til 1 person
1 avocado
3 soltørrede tomater
2 store tomat
4 tørrede abrikoser
1 fed hvidløg
1 spsk rå kakao
½ rød perberfrugt, hakket i tern
½ gul peberfrugt, skåret i tern
1 gulerod, skåret i tern
1 spsk frisk oregano, hakket
¼ stk squash, i terninger
½ stk majskolbe, kernerne
½ tomat i tern
1 spsk olivenolie
1 tsk limejuice
½ tsk cayenne eller et lille stykke frisk chili – efter smag
Salt – efter smag
Sådan gør du:
Blend tomater med den halve avocado, soltørret tomat, rå kakao, olivenolie, limejuice, hvidløg, og abrikoser. Tilføj krydderierne og blend igen. Snit perberfrugter og løg og hæld dem i en skål og bland med chilipureen du lige har blendet. Hak den anden del af avocadoen og tilføj de hakkede tomater, guleroden, squash og majs. Server evt med creme cheese på toppen. Har du brug for mere substans kan du tilføje solsik-kekerner eller spirede vilde ris til retten.
