Grønkålschips

Ingredienser:

3 blade grønkål
3 spsk olivenolie
groft god salt, jeg bruger Maldon
peber
evt: friskrevet parmesanost og citronsaft

Fremgangsmåde:

Rens grønkålen grundigt og skær bladene i grove stykker.

Vend grønkålen i olivenolie, salt og peber. Drys evt også med parmesan og dryp med en smule citronsaft og læg dem på en bageplade med bagepapir i et tyndt lag.

Bages i ovnen i 10-15 minutter ved 170 grader.

Tjek løbende, det brænder lynhurtigt på. Chipsene skal være knasende sprøde

 

Saltmandler med rosmarin

Ingredienser:

2 dl mandler
1 tsk salt
1 dl kogende vand
1 spsk finthakket rosmarin 1 nip flagesalt

Fremgangsmåde:

Skyl mandlerne grundigt.

Opløs salt i vandet og kom mandlerne deri. Fordel mandler og vand ud på en bageplade med bagepapir og bag dem i ovnen ved 150 grader i ca 15 minutter til vandet er fordampet.

Drys finthakket rosmarin over mandlerne og server når de er afkølet.
