”Du er ikke alene , synger Sebastian. Og man kunne fristes til at sige det samme til en person med en svampe-infektion. Candida-svampen er en snylter, en ubuden gæst og på ingen måde gavnlig for os, alligevel er den en af de mange mikroorganismer i vores krop. Normalt mærker vi ikke noget til den på slimhinder i mund, skede, urinrør og tarm, hvor svampen har til huse. Men hvis svampen får gunstige forhold, kan den udvikle sig og tage overhånd i en ellers sund mikroflora. Pludselig spiser du ikke for en, men for to, og svampen, ja, den elsker søde sager, sukker, sodavand, alkohol og hvidt mel. Så det kræver den, at du spiser og drikker, og som tak kvitterer den med giftige affaldsstoffer, et ustabilt blodsukker og en oppustet mave. Og så har vi slet ikke nævnt den lange liste af lidelser, en kronisk svampeinfektion kan give dig.
Sådan bekæmper du svamp
En hårdnakket candida-infektion kræver en betydelig indsats, hvis man skal slippe af med den. Antimykotika, kost
ændringer og vitamintilskud er nogle af metoderne til at bekæmpe overvækst af candida, men ofte slår det ikke til. Her er fem virksomme naturmidler, som har vist sig at være effektivt svampedræbende, både ved indvortes og udvortes svamp.
Candida-svampen trives bedst i et mørkt, varmt og fugtigt miljø – fx i munden, fødderne, fordøjelseskanalen og skeden.
En fantastisk sydamerikansk svampedræbende plante
Ipe Roxo er et planteekstrakt fra den indre bark af træet Tecoma impetiginosa, som vokser i den sydamerikanske regnskov. Ipe Roxo anvendes traditionelt set mod infektioner, fordøjelsesproblemer og hudsygdomme, men i mere end 35 år har forskere verden over undersøgt øvrige virkninger af Ipe Roxo. I moderne forsøg har planten vist sig at have anti-bakterielle, antivirale og svampedræbende egenskaber. Desuden er den blevet undersøgt for anti-neoplastiske (svulstreducerende) egenskaber.
Man kan i bogen “Det grønne Apotek” af James A. Duke bl.a. læse, at Ipe Roxo kan have en virkning på svamp. Ikke kun ved hud- og fodsvampesygdomme, men også ved svampeangreb, og på køns – og fordøjelsesorganer af candida albicans regnes Ipe Roxo for et af de bedste naturmidler.
Citridal – et særdeles stærkt svampedræbende ekstrakt fra grapefrugtkerner
Et andet effektivt naturprodukt mod svampeangreb er Citridal dråber, som består af et ekstrakt af grapefrugtkerner i glycerin-opløsning. Det virker som naturligt, bredspektret antibiotikum mod en række sygdomsfremkaldere, bl.a.
svampe, parasitter og herpes simplex-virus. Den bitre grapefrugtkerne-ekstrakt virker basisk og rensende. I dråbeform anvendes ekstraktet både indvortes og udvortes i USA, men i EU må præparatet kun anvendes udvortes.
Citridal effektiv imod vaginal candidiasis
I en undersøgelse lavet på Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon i Monterry, Mexico, blev Citridal testet i behandlingen af vaginal Candida albicans. En testgruppe på 24 patienter med en klinisk og laboratoriemæssig diagnose af vaginal Candida albicans blev udvalgt. Kvinderne var fra 22 til 44 år og havde alle et aktivt sexliv. Forskellige præventionsmetoder blev brugt i gruppen, og tidligere klinisk evaluering varierede fra 1,5 måneder til 8 år. Alle personer vaskede sig med en svag fortynding af Citridal (5 dråber i 8 ounces destilleret vand) to gange i døgnet i tre på hinanden følgende dage, hvilket udgjorde en fuld behandling.
Af de 20 patienter, der modtog behandling, blev 15 patienter helbredt efter den første behandling. 4 patienter blev behandlet 2 gange, og 1 patient gentog behandlingen 3 gange. Det viste sig, at hendes mand også skulle behandles. Læ
gerne, der gennemførte undersøgelsen, var særlig tilfredse, idet behandlingen var helt uden bivirkninger.
Det er afgørende, at du vedligeholder tarmmiljøet ved at gentage candida-kuren med jævne mellem-rum – og at du ændrer dine kostvaner, så du ikke fodrer din svamp.
Velduftende plante med power
Citral Lemongræs ́æteriske olie har bakterie- og svampedræbende, antiinflammatoriske, antioxiderende og kemopro-tektive egenskaber. Medicinsk har Citral-Lemongræs mest været kendt og værdsat for sin beroligende virkning og
velgørende indflydelse på fordøjelsen især ved oppustethed. Men Citral-Lemongræs har vist sig at have stærke svampebekæmpende egenskaber over for følgende mikrober:

- Candida albicans
- Candida oleophila
- Hansenula anomala
- Saccharomyces cerevisiae
- Schizosaccharomyces pombe
- Saccharomyces uvarum
- Metschnikowia fructicola
Fungi svampe
- Alternaria alternata
- Aspergillus niger
- Fusarium oxysporum
- Penicillium roquefortii
Økosystemet i tarmen – sørg for overtal af de gode bakterier
Når bakteriebalancen i tarmene forstyrres, øges antallet af skadelige forrådnelsesbakterier og det samme gælder antallet af svampesporer, fx de patogene former af candida. Heldigvis kan man modvirke dette ved at tage tilskud af de vigtigste bakteriearter og dermed genoprette kroppens naturlige tarmbaserede beskyttelse. Ipe Roxo indtages i form af te, 2-6 kopper om dagen. Kog l tsk. i 10-15 minutter, og lad den trække i yderligere 10 minutter. Til behandling af candida og betændelse i skede og livmoderhals kan tamponer dyppes i afkoget. Skift tampon mindst en gang i døgnet, indtil sygdommen er forsvundet.
Citridal dråber:
Dosis er 5-15 dråber i et glas væske eller 1 tablet 2-3 gange daglig. Den flydende ekstrakt er velegnet til at smøre direkte på de angrebne hudområder.
Citral lemongræs kapsler:
Pr. kapsel: 370 mg. lemongræs-ekstrakt 20:1 med 1,5 % CITRAL. Daglig dosis: 1-4 kapsler, svarende til 370-1480 mg. lemongræs-ekstrakt med 5,5-22 mg citral.
Citral-Lemongræs te:
Drikkes og bruges til siddebade ved vaginal candidiasis.
Brottrunk:
En halv kop efter hvert måltid. Også ved ubalancer i vaginalfloraen kan Brottrunk være nyttig. Direkte udskylning og vask kan regulere forstyrrelser i skedemiljøet.
MaxiFlor:
En kapsel dagligt for tilførsel af mælkesyrebakterier til hjælp for vedligeholdelse af normal tarmflora. 2-3 kapsler dagligt ved øget behov for tilførsel af mælkesyrebakterier til tarmen.
Naturmidler har ingen skadelige bivirkninger og kan uden problemer indgå i en mere traditionel candida-terapi, idet der er tale om koncentrerede, naturlige substanser, som på ingen måde svækker andre tiltag.
