Lasse om HPV sagen

Under de mange års optagelser til ”Alternativ behandling, virker det?” oplevede Lasse Spang Olsen, at sundhedsmyndighederne i Danmark mere eller mindre bevidste går med skyklapper. At kalde systemet korrupt er et barskt ord, men som han sagde, strejfede tanken ham flere gange…

Han er meget træt af den ensidige debat sundhedsvæsnet fører omkring HPV vaccinen. ”Ja, der vil komme flere livmoderkræfttilfælde fordi få piger tager vaccinen, MEN hvorfor er det så lige, at så få piger tager den?”, spørger han. Den side oplever han ikke, at forskere og læger vil belyse.

Han fortæller, at Cochrane centret, en uvildig forskerenhed, for nyligt har belyst HPV vaccinens testmetoder og resultater. Normalt når man laver kliniske tests af vacciner, så opretter man 3 grupper; 1 aktiv gruppe der får vaccinen, 1 placebogruppe der får saltvand og 1 gruppe der ved, at de ikke får vaccinen (også kaldet 0-gruppen). I tests af HPV vaccinen er 0-gruppen droppet uden forklaring, hvilket ikke er normal praksis i kliniske tests.

Adjuvansen (det stof der skal forstærke immunforsvarets reaktion på vaccinen – fx aluminium) blev i dette tilfælde helt uhørt også tilsat saltvandet i placebogruppen. Havde man haft en 0-gruppe ville man kunne have observeret og registreret bivirkningerne fra de to andre grupper. Men uden en 0-gruppe der hverken får vaccine eller adjuvans, kan de reaktioner der kommer fra de to andre grupper ikke registreres i undersøgelsen. Man mener, at de bivirkninger der ses ved HPV vaccinen skyldes adjuvansen og ikke selve virusset og netop derfor er de to gruppers reaktioner jo ens. Man konkluderede derfor, at der ikke er forskel på, om man får vaccinen eller ej… (?!)

Ifølge Lasse er den måde hvormed man i dag udfører klinisk forskning, fuldstændig baseret på medicinalfirmaernes metoder.

Ifølge Cochrane centret er dette ikke korrekt udført forskning, det er endda direkte svindel, at HPV tests er udført som de er. Denne påstand og de fund de har gjort, har centret da også forelagt for det uvildige EMA panel i EU parlamentet. EMA står for at være et panel af uvildige læger i EU. Men 85% af de læger der har godkendt HPV vaccinen i EMA, får støtte til deres egen forskning af Merck, det selvsamme selskab, der har lavet HPV vaccinen… Alle disse triste ting fortæller Lasse Spang Olsen, den dag sund-forskning er inde for at tale om hans arbejde og oplevelser under optagelserne af ”Alternativ behandling, virker det?”.

Han forstår ikke hvorfor forskningsprojekter gøres så dyre af medicinalfabrikkerne. Lidt forenklet siger han, ”det er jo bare 1000 mennesker der skal sluge en pille”. Han mener forskningsprojekter bør og sagtens kan styres af det offentlige, af uvildige instanser. Han oplevede løbende under optagelserne, at medicinalindustrien har alt for stor magt på sundhedsområdet.

 

C-vitamin behandling til kræftpatienter

Talsmanden for Kræftens Bekæmpelse har under en optagelse udtalt til Lasse, at C-vitamin behandling er livsfarligt og at flere er døde af det. Dette kunne ikke være mere forkert. Den eneste forskning der pt. er på behandling med C-vitamin i større doser viser, at C-vitamin virker som behandling. Cochrane centrets uvildige forskere har kigget på forskningen og kan ikke finde nogle tilfælde af, at det er farligt, tværtimod finder de flere tilfælde, hvor det er direkte gavnligt.

Lasse mener, at Kræften Bekæmpelse i flere tilfælde taler imod kræftforskningen. Han donerede tidligere mange penge til foreningen, men efter utallige kedelige utroværdige oplevelser med dem under optagelserne, er han hoppet fra og mener i dag uden at blinke, at de er i lommen på medicinalbranchen.

Ledende overlæger fraråder deres patienter C-vitamin behandling med det argument, at det er farligt. Men konfronteret af Lasse under arbejdet med udsendelserne, kan og vil lægerne ikke sige hvorfor og hvor de har den viden fra (der er som nævnt ikke nogen som helst forskning, der understøtter dette postulat). Lægerne kan heller ikke komme med et fornuftigt svar på, hvorfor de fraråder en behandling, de ikke kender forskningen på.

Kemo og antioxidant niveauer

Ved kemobehandling skal immuntallene altid op igen, før man kan give næste omgang kemo. Derfor følges patienter med løbende blodprøver. En sygeplejerske anbefalede en patient, at drikke rødbede og ingefær efter behandlingen, da hun havde erfaret, at dette fik immuntallene til at stige meget hurtigere end normalt. At drikke rødbede og ingefær efter behandlingen virkede som sygeplejersken havde påstået – ”så hvorfor er der ikke nogen der forsker i det”, undrer Lasse. Rødbede og ingefær er stærke antioxidante rødder fyldt med aktive plantestoffer, der naturligt booster immunforsvaret, så for os på redaktionen giver det selvfølgelig god mening, at immuntallene stiger efter indtag af disse.

Et lille sidespor, men interessant nok at nævne. En fremtidsforsker har sagt til Lasse, at vi en dag ville kigge tilbage i tiden, tage os til hovedet og tænke ”gud, det var dengang man behandlede mennesker med kemoterapi”… Lidt som vi i dag med åben mund tænker ”gud det var dengang man tilsatte bly til rødvin”!

Lasse indrømmer, at han er mere til BSD, hypnose eller lign., end han er til andre alternative behandlinger, selvom han er åben for disse. Men skulle han en dag blive alvorligt syg, så ville han ikke tøve med at tage til IOM instituttet (som tilbyder fx C-vitamin behandlinger) og tage imod alt hvad de kan tilbyde af behandlinger og give den gas med en sundere kost.

Lidt for mange ”free riders”

Lasse var mere pro alternativ før han lavede programmerne end han er nu. Der er enormt meget ”fyld”, som han oplevede som fuldstændig meningsløst og det ”fyld” skader den del af den alternative branche, der har midler, der rent faktisk virker.

Han oplevede også flere gange en selvovervurdering på person plan i branchen. Hvor folk enten bevidst søgte at tjene penge på andres sygdomme eller ”bare” blindt overvurderede deres egne evner som helbreder. Han blev træt af at høre folk tale om, at de havde beriget vandet med Buddha eller andre gode energier og at vandet derfor pludselig kunne helbrede…

Og så nogle overraskelser

Lasse havde dog også uventede oplevelser med healere under optagelserne. I en af udsendelserne satte de fx en orgasmehealer til at behandle nogle patienter. De satte måleinstrumenter på patienternes vagus tonus og dette viste en meget tydelig effekt af healerens hænder på forsøgspersonerne. Da de skiftede fra healerens hænder til Lasses hænder ændrede signalet på måleinstrumenterne sig øjeblikkeligt – og forsøget blev udført med megen omhu, for at forsøgspersonerne på ingen måde kunne se eller fornemme, hvem der stod over dem. Så Lasse, såvel som udsendelsen to læger måtte overrasket erkende, at nogle mennesker i hvert fald tydeligvis og målbart kan påvirke andres energier. 

I et andet forsøg udvalgte lægerne et organ, der er normalt anses som fuldkommen upåvirkeligt af hjernen; nemlig galdeblæren. Man testede så akupunkturs effekt på galdeblæren via kliniske måleapparater, og behandlingen fik overraskende galdeblæren til at blive mindre/trække sig sammen! Man måtte derfor konkludere, at man altså kan påvirke kroppen (i hvert fald med en nål) udenom hjernen. Hvordan og hvorfor det kan lægerne ikke svare på, da man i vestlig medicin ikke tror på meridianbaner.

Det er Lasses (og vores, red.) store ønske, at DR vil lave nogle opfølgningsprogrammer på ”Alternativ behandling, virker det?” Hvor man besøger alle tidligere implicerede personer og ser på, hvordan de har det i dag. Særlig fordi alle læger postulerer, at alternativ behandling ikke virker på sigt. Lasse vil gerne lukke munden på dem. Personligt har han kontakt med de fleste af programmets forsøgspersoner – og de har det stadig godt alle sammen…
