Jeg vil gerne have en helt almindelig dansk Mælkebøttedag, hvor vi i det tidlige forår går på mark, eng og græsplæne og fejrer den lille stædige, smukke og særligt helseskabende plante, der stikker sit gule fjæs op af den kolde jord og bebuder, at nu er det forår.

Mælkebøttedag er en dag, hvor du drager ud i naturen. Det skal være de spæde blade og måske roden, du graver op. De gule blomsterhoveder kan du pryde tallerkenen med, mens bladene bliver til en lille salat, der gør noget ekstra godt for tarmsystemet. Du kan tørre bladene, overhælde dem med kogende vand, og du har skabt en urtete, som er ganske vanddrivende. De små blade indeholder meget naturligt en masse kalium, så selvom de er vanddrivende, får du ikke skabt ubalance i din mineralbeholdning. Og sådan er det i øvrigt meget ofte med naturlige midler – de har indbygget deres eget helt specielle reguleringssystem, så hvis vi tobenede væsener ellers kan finde ud af at håndtere naturens mirakler korrekt, har vi adgang til alverdens sundhedsskabende muligheder.
Det gælder også rødderne. Graver du dem op, børster dem grundigt af for jord, tørrer dem i skyggen eller på svag varme i en ovn, vil du få et væld af bitterstoffer og andre sekundære plantestoffer, der hellere end gerne vil støtte din levers evne til at afgifte fortrædeligheder i kroppen.
Spis de helt små mælkebøtteblade, pluk dem langt fra industri- og motorveje. Store mælkebøtteblade er ofte for bitre til de danske smagsløg.
Brødrene Mohr på Herrens Mark
At være skånsom mod naturen, det er noget brødrene Mohr har lært. De følger ikke kun deres velkendte rødkløver fra jord til bord, de har også skabt en dunk mælkebøttesaft, som kan give liv og – ja, glade dage – i hver en krop. Faktisk begyndte hele deres arbejde med Fandens Mælkebøtte, det var først meget senere, at køernes rødkløvergumlen kom i deres søgelys. Lige så naturligt det er at være økologisk funderet, lige så naturligt har det været for dem at vælge moderne analysemetoder til at dokumentere deres påstande. Og det kan vi selvfølgelig godt lide her på sund-forskning.
De har skabt en fermenteringsmetode, som egentlig nok ville kunne klares af sunde tarme dengang i urtiden, hvor man var tvunget (!) til at leve af naturens afgrøder. Men noget tyder på, at også hulemanden havde brug for mælkesyrebakterierne, som naturens afgrøder selv danner.
Der var nok en hel del flere, end på de grøntsager, der i dag dyrkes i drivhuse, langt fra deres naturlige miljø.
I dag har mange, især i vestlige lande, problemer med diverse organsystemer og tilsyneladende også problemer med de lange tarmes mikroflora. En mindre god tarmflora er åbenbart lig med en mindre god evne til at udnytte næringsstoffer optimalt. Derfor har de to brødre skabt en fermenteringsmetode, der får omdannet de aktive stoffer i en såkaldt agluconform, som let kan komme hen over tarmvæggen og dermed gøre nytte i hele kroppen.
Fermentering på den fynske fabrik
En fermentering er en proces, hvor man får fx mikroorganismer og deres enzymer til at omdanne nogle stoffer. I det her tilfælde er det naturens egne bakterier fra planterne, som gør arbejdet i modsætning til andre fermenteringer, hvor man kan finde på at bruge sukker til at opformere bestemte bakterier. Det kan give en skævvridning i forhold til den mangfoldighed af mælkesyrebakterier, der forekommer naturligt i urter, som har vokset på en sund økologisk jord. Og netop vores tarme – og alle andre slimhinder, der er beklædt med bakterier – har det bedst med mangfoldighed, som både beskytter og styrker vores kroppe.
Få vinteren ud af kroppen, og udrens flere organsystemer
Ifølge kinesernes 5000 år gamle viden er foråret en ypperlig tid til udrensning. Her er leveren det vigtigste organ, som ikke kun danner galde, så vi bedre kan nedbryde vores mad og slippe affaldsstoffer ud via tarmsystemet, det er også leveren, der sørger for, at omdanne alle stoffer til enten fedtopløselige eller vandopløselige komponenter. De fedtopløselige tager galde og tarmsystem sig af, de vandopløselige cirkulerer videre over i nyrerne og udskilles som urin eller via hud og åndedræt.
Mælkebøtten er en glad giver til netop dette for leveren uophørlige arbejde, fordi den indeholder både de leverstimulerende egenskaber og den vanddrivende effekt – uden at skabe problemer med kaliumbalancen.
Ud over at optimere evnen til at afgifte her og nu kan mælkebøtten også skabe forandring ved fx stive led eller andre kroniske problemstillinger, der involverer den såkaldte ”ophobning af affaldsstoffer” rundt om i kroppen. Det kan være vidt forskellige organer, der har brug for aflastning:
- Huden, så den lettere kan regulere problemer med eksem, psoriasis eller akne.
- Muskler, sener og led, som får en god støtte ved problemer med gigt, springende ledsmerter eller træthed i muskler. Noget tyder på, at mælkebøttesaft er inflammationshæmmende i netop dette organsystem.
- Kronisk forstoppelse, træge tarme, vekslende afføringer, oppustethed og måske problemer med vægten.
- For alle kroniske problemstillinger – en kur på tre måneder er nødvendig.
- For almen forårsudrensning – en kur på en måned er nok.
Dosering:
- Almindelig sund og rask person 30 ml pr. dag – 1 bæger, gerne i en til tre måneder.
- Kroniske tilstande 60 ml pr. dag – 2 bægre i tre måneder, derefter 1 bæger hele året rundt eller som en kur et par gange om året.
