Hvad er lykke? Vi har været på nettet for at høre, hvad der menes, skrives og forskes i. Og hvordan kan det blive til praktiske tips i hverdagen til far, til mor og alle ungerne?

Institut for Lykkeforskning har opridset seks punkter som måske gør, at Danmark internationalt betragtes som et af de lykkeligste lande. Undersøgelsen er fra 2015, og her er, hvad TV2 og Mike Wiking fortæller.

 

Fællesskab: Relationerne med andre mennesker og fællesskab er en af de vigtigste faktorer for lykken, viser lykkemålingerne.

Penge: De rige lande er gennemsnitligt lidt lykkeligere end de fattige. Men man kan ikke sige, at penge er lig med lykke. Det man kan sige er, at det kan gøre en ulykkelig at være uden penge.

Genetik: Tvillingestudier viser, at nogle mennesker bare er født lykkeligere end andre. Når man har sammenlignet tvillingers lykkeniveau, er det ens, selvom den ene tvilling har bedre økonomiske kår end den anden tvilling.

Civilstatus: Folk, der er gift eller i parforhold, er lykkeligere end enlige. Det kan også hænge sammen med, at de lykkelige har en evne til at tiltrække partnere, så derfor er mange af dem i forhold.

Sundhed: Hvis vi er raske og sunde, er vi generelt set lykkeligere. Men ligesom civilstatussen kan det også hænge sammen med, at optimistiske og lykkelige mennesker sjældent er syge.

Jobstatus: En af de værste ting, der kan ske for folk, er at miste jobbet. Det er ikke så meget, fordi man går ned i indkomst, men fordi man ryger ud af fællesskaberne og mister sin identitet.

Og hvad kan vi så gøre som enlig, som forældre, som kærestepar, som menneske?

Vi gik ud og spurgte de nærmeste omkring os, og her er en flok meninger, du måske kan tage med dig i din hverdag…

 

Fællesskab med overskud

”Det er lettere at have lyst til at være i et fællesskab, hvis der er overskud i krop og sind. Det kommer der ikke af sig selv, med mindre man er så heldig at være født i en supersund og åbenbart lykkelig familie. Der skal arbejdes ihærdigt på at holde kroppen i balance hele dagen, og det sker gennem mæthed fra sunde råvarer, mange små måltider for dem, der ikke har det let med sit blodsukker, og ja, alle os, der ikke bare er født til det, må i gang med vitaminer, mineraler, fedtsyrer og anden støtteterapi, så det bare er lidt lettere at være glad”.
